The Life In My Years..

Wow, Not only is it 2008, but it is already a month into it!! :O
Time goes by so quickly :)  

I decided to update my journal a little bit..

Haven't done any modelling lately but I have done quite a bit
of travelling, which involved moving to Calgary, getting homesick,
and the boyfriend flying me back home.. :heart:

Unfortunately I didn't get to work with any of the amazing photog's
I met up there but I plan on going back before summer so that's something to look forward to... :D

In the mean time I do have some projects coming up here very soon with 2 photog's I have never worked with before..
I look forward to collaborating with them :)

I also have a lot of concepts that need to be made into realities so I will definitely be getting back on track with that.. :)

My Life.. Just a lil' Update..

So.. I decided to write a entry today just because I am feeling pretty damn high on life right now!!

Last entry I made I told you that we had a new addition to our family of pets, Thumper, My Black Netherlands Dwarf Rabbit, who is doing quite great let me tell you!! Litter trained and everything!!
WELL... My boyfriend loves when I smile :) and decided to get me TWO more Teeny Tiny Dwarf Bunnies!!! A Carmel colored one named Bambi and a White one named Nemo!! The disney names continue!!
I am soo happy to have two more little ones in my life!!

I now have 7 pets!!! LOL and it sounds crazy but really I couldn't be happier!! 3 cats, 3 bunnies, and a ball python!! :D

Also I just want to say that I am soo grateful for my boyfriend, friends, and family.. I have the best kind of people in my life and I wouldn't trade them for anything!! I have more love for my boyfriend then I ever thought I could have ever before!!
And my girls.. Well, I will never let them go ever, they are stuck with me forever.. They make me laugh, bring smiles to my face always, and they always know what to say !!! :)

So I am just sharing my happy news with all you and I hope that everything with you all is great!! And remember that you control your own destiny so if there is something in your life that you don't like CHANGE IT!!

10,000?? 11,000?? Where have I been??

Wow!! :)

So I haven't been on deviant quite as frequently lately and I sign on and to my surprise/delight my pageviews have now exceeded 11,000!!!

Thank You All for your continued support!!!

I have been busy these days with school, my boyfriend, friends, and new pets!!!!!
I now have 3 cats, a snake, and a new netherlands dwarf bunny named Thumper!!
So we have been setting up new cages for Thumper and a new tank for my snake Kaa. My Boyfriend got me both the tank and the cage for my animals!!:) I'm so grateful for such an awesome boyfriend, He takes care of me and I love him so much!!
My cats, Lil' Foot, Lady, and Tinkerbell are completely fascinated with both of the latest additions to my household.

I have been doing some shoots lately as well!!!! Hurray!!
and I have some more planned for the future!!

My hair is currently PINK!!!!! :) I don't know how long I will keep it like this but hopefully I'll do a shoot with it cuz I think it looks pretty cute!!! (The man is fond of it as well ;)  ) lol

Metamorphosis

~*~ A profound change from one stage to the next ~*~

I, first, want to thank everyone who looks at my page, my images, and shows support, I appreciate it more then you could ever know.

Second, Thank you AGAIN for not only understanding but supporting me while I took time off from modelling to figure out some things out.. When I would log on and see the wonderful comments left by all of you it made me more determined then ever to ignore negativity of some people and focus on the positive..

I took the time to not only to grow as a model but mostly as a person..

I feel like I have changed into a whole new person but at the same time I salvaged some of the old person I was as well..

They say that every 7 years you change into a whole new person.. So maybe I just needed some time to emerge from my cacoon, either way, I have now arrived one again, and I am more then thrilled to be back to doing what I love..

Also while I have your attention, I would like to take the time to end my journal with something that touches my heart...

If you have never watched "Inconvenient Truth" I urge you to...
Now someone told me after that they thought the facts in this movie were a bit stretched, but in this movie it wasn't really the facts that caught my attention but some of the images in the movie, such as a polar bear who was swimming to nothing because the icecaps are melting...

Please go buy this movie, Watch it, and then Pass it on to a family member, a friend, or even a stranger.. The more people who are aware of the global warming situation, the more people who will be able to stand united, and figure out a way to save the earth.. and all of us who live on it..

Wow, so I have been on Deviant Art for less then a month and I couldn't be happier with the support I have been receiving from all of you!!  Or any happier with how everything is progressing..

So since my last entry, a few things have happened, good and bad but I don't dwell on the bad so let's move on to the good news..

I am possibly flying out to edmonton to shoot.. Since I use to live there not only is it a treat to go shoot there but also to go and visit my old friends.. So I am crossing my fingers and hoping!!

I have a photographer coming down to Halifax from Toronto who said he would like to work with me soo hopefully that will work out..

And there's the possibly of a Montreal road trip to work with someone up there AAAAAAND... something else this summer that could be one of the best things EVER!! But I am not getting my hopes up on it.. soo I am going to keep it my little secret until I am more sure about it!! But it's BIG.. and makes me want to scream and cry at the same time!!!

I am really getting a taste of this business now, realizing how it actually is... But I have never been one to back away from a challenge..  ;)
